In particular we have an in depth knowledge of meal service systems for the Healthcare and Education markets. Kate Gould FCSI MIOH MHCA
With over 25 years experience that included contract management, design and management consultancy, Kate identified a gap in the marketplace to provide a genuine 360° catering consultancy service – a service that encompasses design, statutory compliance and business management.
With 14 years dedicated experience in design, food safety and management consultancy, Kate has an in-depth understanding and knowledge of the operational, technical and legal requirements that are necessary to meet the needs of a successful catering business. Kate has played a key part in the design and implementation of projects for Government and a number of NHS Trusts and she has been involved in strategic reviews of businesses of all sizes, throughout the United Kingdom. Kate brings a unique experience to clients, because she understands the daily challenges in the working life of individual members of the catering team and is able to provide design solutions that are realistic, ergonomic and aesthetic.
As an Executive Board Member of the Foodservice Consultancy Society International (FCSI) Kate represents the society in developing ground breaking energy efficiency and design initiatives.
Kate is also a member of the Institute of Hospitality and Hospital Caterers Association.
