Schools & Colleges
Providing quality and safety monitoring services for school catering operations enabling our Clients to prove due diligence at all times. We design production and receiving kitchens within predefined spaces with service counters that work in conjunction with other school activities. Our designs aim to increase production within a reduced footprint and are flexible to changing demands in the future.
County Councils – Lifecycle costs
We can provide our Clients with forecasted budgets for the phased replacement of catering equipment. Our services include undertaking condition surveys for all appliances and providing lifecycle costs for each facility, taking into consideration energy usage, operational practices and preventative maintenance programmes.
Providing contract monitoring, kitchen design and competitive tendering of the catering services. Undertake Quality assurance monitoring and reporting to enable the Client to demonstrate due diligence.
Public Houses and Restaurants
Assistance with Food safety and Health & Safety monitoring and reporting procedures in line with the EHO ‘Score on the Doors’ Scheme. Producing bespoke Operational and Health and Safety Manuals including all the information required to comply with HACCP
